Friends of Pennsylvania Spiritual Heritage Tour
Friends of Pennsylvania Spiritual Heritage Tour (Summer)
Date: Tuesday, August 24, 2021
Time: 9 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Join The Leaders of Faith Foundation for a Spiritual Heritage Tour of the State Capitol in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
The state capitol of Pennsylvania is along the mighty Susquehanna River and in the midst of this capital city is one of the most magnificent statehouses in America.
It was dedicated by President Teddy Roosevelt and when he came he saw it is an extraordinary building representing the power and growth of one of the founding colonies of America but woven into that story is the story of faith.
Our founding fathers as well as the founders of the Statehouse in Harrisburg recognize that faith in government were not separate but were united that God and government work together to make the story of Pennsylvania possible from the planning of this whole region by William Penn to its dedication as the Statehouse.
Members of the Statehouse receive this tour as freshman along with other special occasions. You have the opportunity to experience personally this same type of tour.
Enjoy the tour of faith in the Rotunda, Governors Reception Hall, House Chambers, Senate Chambers, and Supreme Court Chambers.
