Rob Fields, Executive Director and Founder

Rob serves as the Executive Director and is the founder of The Leaders of Faith Foundation. He works with the US Congressional Groups and National Prayer Breakfast in Washington D.C. He also works with state legislators groups meeting in the statehouses along with statewide prayer breakfast. Rob is de facto the Chaplain of the PA, DE House, and is much involved in the work in Washington D.C. with members of the House and Senate Prayer Groups. He is also co-host on a weekly television show called Today’s News and Biblical Views.
Marc Preim, Treasurer
Philadelphia, PA
Marc is the Philadelphia area manager for STV’s transportation infrastructure group that specializes in highway, bridge, and aviation design. He oversees a multidiscipline team of professional engineers and is responsible for the business development and operations of his region. Marc is also a Senior Project Manager and a licensed professional engineer in NY, NJ, and PA. His background includes work on numerous projects for agencies such as the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, SEPTA, Philadelphia International Airport, Delaware River Port Authority, South Jersey Transportation Authority, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, New Jersey Department of Transportation, New Jersey Turnpike Authority, and local counties and municipalities. Marc resides in southern New Jersey with his wife and son.
Kerry Mickley
Bethlehem, PA
Kerry J. Mickley is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in engineering, operations, and technical sales at Bosch Rexroth. Directing product and system divisions with full P&L responsibility across North America, he is known for leading multidisciplinary teams through Lean-driven improvements and engineering challenges, consistently strengthening profitability and execution quality. Kerry brings a distinctly faith-anchored leadership style shaped by his service as Chair and board member of two Christian schools, where he championed mission-driven governance, biblical values, and long-term organizational stewardship. With an MBA from Lehigh University, a BS in Engineering from Penn State, and extensive executive training in Lean operations, finance and leadership development, his passion is to provide a blend of technical depth, strategic insight, and Christ-centered servant leadership.
Bob Walsh, Secretary
Easton, PA
Bob has served in several leadership and support capacities for non-profits over the past ten years in the Lehigh Valley. Currently, he is a leader with Lehigh Valley Christian High School, a small evangelical secondary school in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. His background includes over 25 years in public and private education. He has spent time as a teacher, principal, superintendent, and at the university level as an adjunct professor. He also spends his time advocating for criminal justice reform. His focus is targeted on redemption and restoration, a sharp contrast to our current model based solely on punitive system, which often lasts a lifetime. Bob resides in northeastern Pennsylvania.
James Mumma
Philadelphia, PA
James joined Comcast in 2003 and has held several product management roles during his tenure in both the Residential Xfinity and Comcast Business divisions. In his role, he focuses on incubating new products and increasing innovation velocity. Prior to joining Comcast James held various project management and consulting roles at Ernst & Young among other consultancies. He holds an engineering degree from Rutgers and an MBA & Masters in Management of Information Systems from Boston University. He is an active board member of the Sunday Breakfast Rescue Mission in Philadelphia and currently resides in Southern New Jersey with his wife and three children.

A professional engineer with dual licenses, Electrical and Chemical, Ted is a member of the Association of Federal Communications Consulting Engineers, IEEE, and the Christian Business Men’s Connection (CBMC).
